*  Performances must be achieved between 1st January 2013 to 27th February 2014.
*  All performances must be achieved during competitions organized or sanctioned by the IAAF, its Area Associations and its National Federations.
* Each Member Athletic Federation is entitled to enter up to three competitors in each event of the Championships, provided all have achieved the corresponding entry standard, but only two will be permitted to compete ( except the relay). Thus results achieved at club, university or school competitions must be certified by the National Federation of the country in which the competition was organized.
*  Wind assisted performances (over 2m / sec)will not be accepted for the 100m 100mh, 110mh events outdoor  performances.
* Hand – Time performances in the 60m, 100m, 400m, 60m Hurdles, and 100m  / 110m Hurdles will not be accepted.
*  To be eligible for selection, athletes must have participated in our 2013 National Invitational & Club Championships or must have received an exemption from the SKNAAA Executive Body.
* Performances must be achieved during an official competition organized in conformity with the rules and regulations of the IAAF. 
*Performances achieved in mixed events between male and female participants, held completely in the stadium, may be accepted under specific circumstances and conditions (see Rule 147).
*Youth athletes (any athlete aged 16 or 17 years on 31st December 2014, i.e born in 1997 or 1998) cannot be
entered in the Men’s Shot Put.
* Athletes younger than 16 years ( on 31 December 2014, i.e born in 1999 or later), cannot be entered in any event.
* For the running events of 400m and over, performances achieved on over sized tracks will not be accepted.
*  The SKNAAA Executive through its selection committee reserves the right to determine the final team size and participants; all of whom must sign the SKNAAA’s Team Code of Conduct/Contract for final selection.
